We are not affiliated with any government agency, including the Social Security Administration, Internal Revenue Service, US Department of Treasury, or any other government body. We are a private company that assists clients in preparing and submitting various business-related applications and documents.

Our Website may be accessed only by you and only if you fully comply with the Terms of Service outlined herein (the "Terms of Service", "Terms", and "TOS"). The terms and conditions set forth herein constitute the complete and full agreement between you and Company. The terms contained herein supersede and replace any other negotiation or agreement between you and Company, whether oral, written, or otherwise.

Entity Alliance is not affiliated with any government agency, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), U.S. Department of Treasury, or state agencies. We are a private company that assists clients with the preparation and submission of business-related applications.

By accessing our Website or Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By using our services, you:

3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, with the Effective Date updated at the top. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

Entity Alliance provides document preparation and filing assistance for:

• Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) from the IRS
• State-level DBA registrations
• LLC and Corporation formations
• Annual report filings
• Other business filings and compliance services

Third-Party Services

Some services may be provided through third-party vendors, such as registered agents. By using such services, you agree to their terms and policies. Entity Alliance is not responsible for third-party service failures, misrepresentation, or performance.

Customer Responsibility

You must provide complete and accurate information for your filings. If information is incomplete or inaccurate, we will attempt to contact you for corrections. Entity Alliance is not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

5. SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By subscribing to SMS notifications from Entity Alliance, you agree to receive text messages regarding our services, promotions, and updates.

Pricing & Message Frequency

• Message & Data Rates: Standard rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
• Message Frequency: Up to 1 message per month.

User Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Entity Alliance. You may subscribe by:

• Checking the SMS consent box in our registration forms.
• Providing your phone number in any of our online forms where SMS communication is disclosed.

How to Opt-Out

• You may receive a final confirmation message upon opting out.

Limitations & Carrier Liability

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

Modification of SMS Terms

Entity Alliance reserves the right to update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our SMS service constitutes acceptance of modifications.

6. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Payments

• Full payment is required upfront before processing begins.
• Pricing and refund details are available on our checkout/payment page.

Refund Policy

• Refunds must be requested before document processing begins.
• Once processing has begun, refunds are not available except under specific circumstances outlined on our website.
• Refunds may be subject to processing fees for work already performed.
• Government fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entity Alliance is not responsible for:

• IRS/state delays, denials, or errors.
• Financial losses due to incorrect information provided by you.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability for any claim is the greater of the amount paid for the service or $100.00.

8. INFORMATION USE & PRIVACY

Entity Alliance does not sell personal data. Your information may be shared only with government agencies and necessary third-party service providers to fulfill your request. For details, review our Privacy Policy.

9. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Entity Alliance is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Communications with Entity Alliance are not protected by attorney-client privilege. EINs can be obtained for free through the IRS. We charge for document preparation and filing assistance.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida. Prevailing parties in legal actions are entitled to attorney’s fees.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
